Founder of Best, Watson & Gilbert, P.C., James P. Best is a graduate of the Southern Methodist University Law School in Dallas. In addition to a comprehensive knowledge of personal injury law and an understanding of the tactics used by big insurance companies, Mr. Best has dedicated his professional life to representing the interests of the common man - correcting injustices in the insurance claims system and helping accident victims secure fair compensation.
Patrick Watson, a partner in the firm, is board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. A 1996 University of Texas School of Law graduate, Mr. Watson has over a decade of litigation experience fighting on behalf of clients with personal injuries caused by negligence.
A principle of the firm, Clinton Gilbert has represented clients in a wide range of injury negligence cases, including tractor-trailer collisions, motor vehicle accidents, day care abuse and neglect, premises liability matters and wrongful death. A cum laude graduate of Texas A&M University, Mr. Gilbert earned his law degree at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
Christopher Kubin is the Vice President of Claims and has been a valuable asset to James P. Best, Attorney for almost twenty years. Educated at Navarro College and the University of Texas at Arlington, Mr. Kubin is a Texas licensed claims adjuster and has the experience to handle all types of accident claims.
Jeff Redmond is the Claims Manager and a Texas licensed claims adjuster. He has worked with James P. Best, Attorney for over fifteen years. Mr. Redmond gives each client the individual attention throughout the claims process and is an aggressive advocate on behalf of our clients.
Christina Gonzalez is a board certified paralegal in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas. Ms. Gonzalez has been a paralegal since 1991 and has focused exclusively on the field of personal injury litigation for the last nine years. Ms. Gonzalez is a graduate of Dallas Law Magnet (now Townview) and has associates degree level credits from Eastfield College where she majored in criminal justice.
Aaron Holt is a case manager and a Texas licensed claims adjuster. He has worked with James P. Best, Attorney for over twenty years. Mr. Holt’s knowledge of the claims process is a valuable asset to our clients. Mr. Holt is a graduate of South Oak Cliff High School in Dallas.
